Freezer Bags

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND SAFETY WARNINGS

 

• Only freeze food when in perfect condition.

• Freeze as soon as possible following preparation.

• Clean the food to be frozen thoroughly.

• Cool warm food before freezing.

• Use inert, impermeable containers.

• Write contents and date on the bag.

 

Products and storage times:

Vegetables: up to 12 months

Shellfish: 3 to 6 months

Fish: 3 to 6 months

Meat: 6 to 12 months

Poultry and game: 6 to 12 months

Fruit: 8 to 10 months

Bread-pastries: up to 3 months
