Cooking en Papillote

Following the festive season and all the little indulgences it involves, we all try to see the year in with new yearís propositions. Cooking en papillote can help you look after both your figure and your health this year.

All you need is some Zidar aluminium foil, your favourite ingredients Ö.and NO fat!

Give it a go! Take about 50 cm of aluminium foil. Place your favourite fish (or meat) in the middle. Add finely chopped vegetables. Close the aluminium foil to make a parcel, leaving a small gap between the food and the top of the parcel, and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.


The ingredients are steam-cooked inside the parcel, retaining all their juiciness and helping keep fat out of your diet.
